Why is there no sound after compression?

Most often the original video has no audio track, or a format such as WebM, AVI, WMV or FLV was chosen that phones and messengers play without sound. For phones, WhatsApp and Telegram choose MP4. Compross checks the audio after compression and re-encodes the file automatically if the sound was lost.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no fixed limit. Large files compress fastest on a computer in Chrome, Edge or Opera, which use your graphics card. Many files can be downloaded as one ZIP archive of any size.

How to compress a video online
